The application forms for the 2-3 Year Old Programme, known as 'Expression of Interest' forms for the 2018/19 entry are now available. These can be collected from staff at any of our Parent and Toddler Groups, any of our parent programmes or groups and from our main office in the Dairy Farm. The form can also be downloaded from our Website at:

Please read carefully through the criteria on the front page. For a child to be eligible for the 2018/19 programmes:
- They must be 2 Years Old on or before the 1st of July 2018
- The Family must be registered with Colin Sure Start
- The child must live in the Colin Sure Start area - proof of address may be requested
The closing date for applications is 12 noon on Friday, 16th February 2018.
Please do not email the form to anyone at Sure Start. All forms should be hand delivered or sent to the office.
