With Halloween just round the corner, we have some exciting events and activities to tell you about! Some great fun for the family and fantastic range of activities to get involved with. To attend these events you must be registered with Colin Sure Start.
**Apple Tart Baking Activity, Monday, 23rd October, Ionad Na Fuseoige**
Want to make your own traditional apple tart from scratch to take home? This workshop will take you through the process step by step with all ingredients and equipment provided. Children older than 2 can help their parent or carer with the activity, and there are some limited creche places available for children under 2 on the day. Spaces are limited and booking is ESSENTIAL, book by phoning Ionad on 90620373
** 0-4 Halloween Fun Activity 1, Monday 30th October, Youth Initiatives Building, 10 am - 12 Noon **
A fun-filled spooky and fabulous activity morning for children and their families! We will have Halloween Arts & Crafts, Halloween Sensory Activities, Light and Shadows activity tent, Halloween Rhymes & Stories, Biscuit & Bun Decorating & a show at the end. Activities will be tailored for children 4 and under. We will have a free pumpkin per family, and there will also be a show at the end from Amazon Jungle Creatures with some real live creepy crawlies!! Children are welcome to come dressed up in costume.
