New this year, we are starting an apprenticeship programme here at Colin Sure Start. The apprenticeship scheme is open to anyone over the age of 16, and is aimed at individuals who dont currently have a childcare qualification or experience, but are keen to learn and build up their experience and get their career off to a start. The scheme will run from September 2025 to June 2026, and during this time successful candidates will be enrolled on the Level 3 Childrens Care, Learning and Development NVQ with Belfast Met (fully funded) while working with us 16 hours per week as their placement (paid at apprenticeship rates).
